Return Policy

At Pawtopix, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If something is not right, here is how we handle returns and refunds.

Return Window
We accept returns from customers in the United States within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

  • In resellable condition

Please also include the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, visit our Contact page and provide your order number along with details of the issue so we can begin the return or refund process. You can also email us with any return questions.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and logistical reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Pet beds

  • Pet apparel (including clothing and harnesses)

  • Items marked as sale or clearance

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. Providing clear photos or a short video of the issue will help us resolve it more quickly.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
